Ultimate |5:51 PM| I would say the (Personal) highlight of my first game of ultimate frisbee in a decade was when I had to step forward into a catch, but my front foot just kept sliding out ahead of me. I did a full goddamn split and it wasn't even for a goal, though it looked impressive. Ryan had to pull one of my shoulders up so I could stand and start running again.
After I pay off the ridiculous amounts of debt I incurred recently, first item on the shopping list is "cleats".
Also, something recently reminded me of this:

It's a town that was destroyed by underground mine fires. I wonder if there's some kind of "extreme tourism" or other marketing blurb that will get you there.
I had some of my dates wrong on this, but it still stands.
Which is kind of like the Loop Flood, a cluster of little screw ups that spiral into a massive, incredible disaster.
