Current (Incomplete) Rule Set

Water guns only, or tremendously weak dart guns, for projectile weapons. I'm going to go by the pharmacy and possibly a toy store and pick some stuff up, if you want me to provide you with a weapon.

No water balloons or other thrown objects.

2 week time limit.

-No lawbreaking
-No breaking and entering
-No car chases
-No kidnapping
-No physical contact with the target

Self defense is allowed only once the guy hunting you has shown/flashed a weapon.

Organizing

I'm starting a game of killer. 2 weeks from now, give or take a week. $5 entry, top three killers get cash, plus most inventive kill. Work and school will be off limits, along with a couple other times of the week at the request of the player. (If you see Grandma every Sunday or something)

I've been trying to figure out a nice party or some other function to bring a bunch of people I know together. Instead I'll just have you kill each other.
I'm still hammering out the rule set that will be used, but it's going to be waterguns only, maybe some stipulations for traps, but anything weird is still going to need to be cleared by the ref.
